4. Serves as a positive role model for peers

5. Demonstrates a positive attitude and good citizenship

Three students were selected as a Student of the Month for the month of May.

The 6th grade recipient is McKenzie Wolfe. In school McKenzie enjoys her social studies and math classes, as they are interesting and she does well in these classes. In her spare time she enjoys having fun playing basketball. In the future McKenzie hopes to become a lawyer and have a family.

Dylan Scriven received this honor for the 7th grade. In school he enjoys many of his classes and learning about interesting subject matter. As a hobby, Dylan enjoys playing baseball and soccer for the school. In the future he hopes to go to college and become a pharmacist.

At the 8th grade level Bret Babcock received this honor. In school he enjoys his math and social studies classes, as they are fun and enjoyable. Outside of the classroom Bret enjoys playing baseball and learning new things. A future goal he has is to continue playing baseball and someday play in the major league.

The Westfield School and community offer their congratulations to these outstanding students.
