Grape Discovery Center to host meditation sessions and wine innovation workshops

March 17, 2016
Westfield Republican

The Grape Discovery Center continues to collaborate with local businesses, and is announcing a series of Mediation Sessions and Wine, Innovation & Creativity Workshops. The center is proud to work with new local business owner Ezzat Moghazy that recently opened Energifts, a wellness studio in Lakewood.

"Wine, Innovation & Creativity," also known as mind mapping, will be instructed by Grand Master Ezzat Moghazy on Saturday, March 19 and April 16th from 1 to 3 p.m. The cost is $30 per person and includes a glass of local wine or Concord grape juice. Mind mapping is one of the best ways to capture your thoughts and bring them to life in visual form. Beyond just note taking, mind maps can help you become more creative, remember more, and solve more problems effectively.

Increase your optimism, relaxation and awareness with meditation sessions. Join in from 6 to 7 p.m. on March 26 and 31, April 7 and 21. $10 per person, per session.
