Mark Geise and Greg Lindquist to Appear on Chautauqua Sunrise

Chautauqua Sunrise will feature Mark Geise and Greg Lindquist as the guests on Sept. 17. Geise and Lindquist are with the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation.

Host Doc Hamels will conduct the program. The live program airs from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Saturday morning. The program is rebroadcast each day at 2:00 and 8:00 PM for some communities. The guest is subject to change.

Chautauqua Sunrise is shown live on Saturday mornings on Time Warner cable systems covering the following communities: Brocton, Cassadaga, Chautauqua, Fredonia, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Ripley, Sherman, Stockton and Westfield on Channel 5. In Dunkirk, Falconer, Forestville, Hanover, Irving, Jamestown, Lakewood and Silver Creek the program is on channel 19. Channel numbers shown are for subscribers using a cable converter. Digital channels for televisions without a converter will vary by community. The show originates at the Access Channel 5 studio in Mayville.

Nancy Bargar to Appear on "Chautauqua People"

Nancy Bargar is the next person to be featured on Chautauqua People.

The program will air at 1:30 and 7:30 PM each day beginning on Sept. 17, with the last airing on September 23.

Nancy served as a Chautauqua County Legislator and was chair of the Planning and Economic Development Committee, also serving on the Human Services and Financial Management Committees. She has served on the Jamestown Community College Board of Trusttes and the South and Center Chautauqua Lake Sewer Board.

Nancy will be interviewed by Chautauqua People Producer John Viehe.

Access Channel 5 (QAM channel 5.3 without a converter) is available to cable viewers in the Mayville, Chautauqua, North Harmony, Sherman, Westfield and Portland areas.
