A thank you to Law Enforcers in Chautauqua County

The Marco Polo Club of Jamestown invites all law enforcers to join us on November 12th any time between 12 noon and 8 pm as we say THANK YOU to all Law Enforcers in Chautauqua County. The Club invites all police officers, detectives, and police administration to enjoy a spaghetti dinner at the Marco Polo Club on the house. Costs for other attendees will be $9 for adults and $5 for children. Law Enforcement Personnel are asked to wear uniform and/or shield, so we can recognize and thank you for your commitment and dedication to Serve and Protect.

Annual Christmas craft bazaar

It's that time of year when soon there will be sparkling snowflakes, manger scenes, and colored lights bringing in the Christmas holiday. The Alexander Findley library is busy planning their annual Christmas craft bazaar. The bazaar will be held Sat., Nov. 5, 2016 in the Findley Lake fire hall on Main St. There will be several crafters, homemade lunch, 50/50, Chinese auction, baked goods, free door prize drawings and free admission. We hope you can spend the day with us supporting our crafters and the library. Be sure to stop in the shops in town. All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast

Ripley United Methodist Church is hosting an All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast Saturday November 12, 2016 7:30 am to 11 am Pancakes, sausage, bacon, made-to-order eggs and omelets, home fries, Biscuits & sausage gravy, OJ and coffee.$7 all you can eat. This month's breakfast will benefit Camp Findley.

Annual Apple Butter Festival

The West Portland Baptist Church, 7081 E. Route 20, Westfield will be hosting our Annual Apple Butter Festival on Saturday October 22 from 9 am to 3 pm. Everyone can observe and help in the cooking of old fashioned Apple Butter. There will be between 40 to 50 vendors on site offering various sale items including food. Come enjoy fun for the entire family. The festival will take place rain or shine and previous festivals have seen between 500 to 1000 people visiting during the daylong event. All profits the church generates will be donated to the Nina?s Kitchen Brocton/Portland Food Pantry which is operated on the church grounds. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.

Harvest Dinners on Fridays

First Presbyterian Church of Westfield, 49 S. Portage St., will be holding Harvest Dinners on Fridays 5pm-6:30pm. Adults $10, Children 10 and under $5. Sit down, takeout, and delivery available.

For delivery, please call the church at 326-2643 by noon on the day of the dinner. Benefiting Presbyterian Women?s Assoc. and Mission Outreach. October 21st Dinner: Baked Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, Waldorf Salad, Homemade Rolls, Desserts.

WMH Regional Auxiliary Election Night Harvest Ham Dinner

The WMH Regional Auxiliary will hold an Election Night Harvest Ham Dinner on Nov. 8. It begins at 5 p.m. and runs until 7 p.m. or sold out at the Westfield First Presbyterian Church.
